1. Professional Estimates & Diagnostic Requirements

Sweet’s Services provides expert septic, sewer, and excavation solutions.

  • Service Evaluation: All estimates provided via phone, email, orhttps://sweetsservices.com/ are preliminary.
  • Sewer Camera Inspection: For all trenchless repairs (Pipe Bursting or Epoxy Lining), a video inspection is mandatory to confirm the pipe’s path and structural suitability.
  • Free Second Opinions: We offer free second opinions to help Idaho residents make informed decisions. To qualify, customers must provide a recent, written diagnostic or estimate from a licensed competitor.

2. SMS & Mobile Messaging Consent

By submitting an online form or contacting us at (208) 308-7781 or (208) 886-2297, you expressly consent to receive SMS messages from Sweet’s Services for:

  • Service Logistics: Appointment confirmations, technician ETAs, and pump-out reminders.
  • Technical Reports: Delivery of sewer camera footage and hydro excavation project updates.
  • Maintenance Alerts: Automated reminders for routine septic tank pumping.
  • Opt-Out: Reply STOP to cancel. Standard message and data rates apply.

3. Licensing, Insurance & Workmanship

Since 1942, we have maintained our status as a licensed, bonded, and insured small business. We offer a workmanship guarantee on our services. All installations, including septic tanks and directional boring, are performed to Idaho state and local health district codes.

4. Excavation & Site Liability

  • Traditional & Hydro Excavating: While we use hydro excavating for sensitive locations to improve safety, the property owner is responsible for identifying all private, unmarked underground utilities (e.g., irrigation, pet fences).
  • Heavy Equipment: Sweet’s Services is not liable for minor landscape depressions or driveway stress resulting from the necessary weight of our excavation or pumping equipment.

5. Punctuality & Regional Service Factors

We serve all of Southern Idaho, from the Magic Valley to Stanley. We are not liable for delays caused by:

  • Severe Idaho weather (winter passes, drifting snow, or spring flooding).
  • Long-distance travel to remote regions like Sun Valley, Ketchum, or Stanley.
  • Delays in Dig Line (811) utility markings or municipal permitting.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Idaho law, our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the service rendered. We are not responsible for the failure of a drain field or septic system due to age or soil saturation levels beyond the scope of a Terralift restoration.
